Be responsible for hotel IT infrastructure Be responsible for all hardware and software in the hotels Be responsible for all system specifications, documentation, security and control systems for computers To assist in installation, testing and smooth running of all computer hardware in the hotels To plan, execute and co-coordinating with other departments the setting up of the entire computer system (hardware and software) for the hotels Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality IT operations, or IT services 2 to 4 years further education or equivalent, Professional Diploma, Bachelors in Computer Technology and/or Telecoms Have knowledge in Hospitality industry program such as OPERA, Micros, MC, Sun System, Time Attendance and Payroll, Call Accounting program is advantage Have prior knowledge in Operation system, network and Active directory domain Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels Worldwide Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!
