As an IT Officer at Interwood Mobel, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure and delivery of services across the organization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network systems, and ensuring that all technology resources are aligned with the company’s operational goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining computer systems, assisting users with technical issues, managing backups, and contributing to IT projects that enhance the overall efficiency of our operations. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to analyze their IT needs and recommend solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or officer role, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems. Familiarity with operating systems including Windows and Linux. Experience with help desk software and remote support tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
