🔹 Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of business-critical IT systems.

🔹 Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, user access controls, security policies, and risk-management measures.

🔹 Manage IT support operations and ensure the timely resolution of technical incidents and user requests.

🔹 Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, technology partners, and consultants.

🔹 Oversee software and technology licenses, subscriptions, maintenance agreements, and IT-related contracts.

🔹 Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.

🔹 Plan and manage IT projects, budgets, resources, procurement requirements, and technology investments.

🔹 Establish and maintain effective data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

🔹 Minimum 5 years of relevant professional IT experience.

🔹 Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is required.

🔹 Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cybersecurity, systems administration, cloud environments, and technical support.

🔹 Good understanding of information security, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
