Provide hands-on technical support to hotel teams, resolving hardware and software-related issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with the IT team to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure. Monitor and respond to IT service requests, adhering to service level agreements and providing excellent customer service. Support the installation and configuration of new hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Assist in user training and documentation to ensure proficient technology usage by hotel staff. Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to operation. Maintain accurate IT inventory records and assist in the procurement of hardware and software resources. Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, providing recommendations for technology improvements and optimizations. Qualifications Proven IT support and troubleshooting experience. Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical issues. Strong communication and customer-centric interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to embrace new technologies. Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
