Description

IT Officer Required Knowledge and skills * At least 1-2 years of experience in IT field. * Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related field. * Hands-on experience or sound knowledge in Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft O365, and networking fundamentals. * Exposure to SAP systems will be an added advantage. * Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and internship experience are also considered. Key Responsibilities * Provide IT support for hardware, software/OS installation and network systems. * Assist in troubleshooting computer and system issues. * Support staff with day-to-day IT requirements. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. * Possess good communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Applicants living in Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Wattala, or nearby locations are encouraged to apply.
