Description
Nsight Health is hiring an IT Onboarding Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of employee onboarding and offboarding. This role ensures new hires are set up with devices, system access, and tools so they are productive on day one. This is an operational, hands-on role focused on accuracy, process execution, and high-volume onboarding. ---------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute IT onboarding and offboarding tasks using established processes * Provision and deactivate user accounts in Google Workspace * Coordinate onboarding timelines with HR and hiring managers * Lead IT onboarding sessions for large new-hire groups (40+ employees) * Track device assignments and access changes * Provide limited onboarding-related technical support; escalate other issues as needed ---------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of IT support, onboarding, or technical admin experience * Experience with device setup and configuration * Experience administering Google Workspace * Strong communication skills, including presenting to groups * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple onboarding timelines ---------------------------------------- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Prolonged computer use with occasional standing and walking ---------------------------------------- PAY & CLASSIFICATION * Non-Exempt (Hourly) * Overtime eligible * Competitive pay based on experience ---------------------------------------- BENEFITS * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k), disability, and life insurance * Paid time off and company holidays * Employee assistance and tuition reimbursement programs
