Job Description: 职责描述安装、升级、支持及排查 Windows 操作系统以及 Microsoft Office、Adobe 和其他经授权的桌面应用程序。为基础设施提供现场智能支持（智能操作与巡检）。安装、升级、支持及排查打印机、计算机硬件及其他经授权的外围设备。对台式机、笔记本电脑、打印机及其他授权外围设备进行硬件维修。对台式机、笔记本电脑、打印机及其他授权外围设备执行常规预防性维护任务。通过资产管理跟踪硬件，管理桌面设备生命周期，涵盖从交付到报废的整个过程，包括系统构建、应用程序安装、用户迁移和硬件安装。维护 IT 资产，并做好规范的文档记录。协调供应商以获得外部支持和维修服务。负责主动监控工单队列及所有分配的工单，确保在工单工具中准确完成所有相关事件和请求的日志记录、分类、优先级排序、初步诊断、路由、职能升级，并保障数据完整性。达到既定的服务级别协议要求。任职要求 2026届IT相关专业毕业生，信息技术/信息系统相关专业专业优先具备熟练地英语能力。熟悉微软操作系统。熟悉 MS Windows 操作系统及 Office 办公软件套件。具备 IT 基础设施（网络拓扑、VPN、服务器等）基础知识，足以排查终端用户问题。能够在快节奏、高要求的环境中工作。能够处理多项任务。具备团队合作精神，能自我激励、自律，并积极主动。 At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Responsibilities

The intern will install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and authorized desktop applications. They will also provide onsite support for infrastructure, manage hardware lifecycle, and maintain IT assets.
