Tasks and Responsibilities Support of Computerized Systems: Manage information technology and computer systems Application support Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy User administration and support deployment of new tools Reporting periodically Regular contacts and cooperation with software providers Lab IT support Prepare documentation of installations Implementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions Troubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systems Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related area Knowledge of automation technologies and software platforms (IT/OT Support) (e.g., SCADA, Historian, MES, Track and Trace), including implementation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of industry standards and protocols for communication and data exchange in manufacturing operations (e.g., OPC, MQTT), with a focus on ensuring data integrity and security.
