Job Description Mission Overview : As part of an onsite support reinforcement, we are looking for an IT Onsite Support Engineer (1st/2nd level) to provide daily end-user assistance on site. Main Responsibilities : Provide support to end-users on workstations and mobile devices Installation, replacement, relocation, and removal of IT equipment Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents Support for monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations Receive, inventory, prepare, and install IT equipment Provide clear and timely feedback to users and ensure proper ticket updates Expected Profile : Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Organized, professional, hands-on approach Candidate already trained / able to onboard quickly Required Languages : Fluent English & Danish (mandatory) Qualifications Technical Skills Required Onsite IT support (1st / 2nd level) Windows environment / Office 365 Azure & Entra ID Apple ecosystem support: Mac, iPhone, iPad iTunes JAMF (strong asset) Hardware support: PCs, Macs, printers, scanners… Ticketing tools (ITIL) Additional Information Working Conditions : Working hours: 09:30 – 18:00 1-hour lunch break (no support required during lunch) Fully onsite presence required Workload: Full time (4 or 5 days/week) All our positions are open to people with disabilities Level of Experience: 2-5 years Department: System & network functions Types of work contract: Independent subcontractor
