YOUR SKILLS

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals
  • Need to be able to work in an Apple Genius Bar environment
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software
  • Client facing soft skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician
  • Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
Responsibilities

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Participate in project rollouts and deploymentsMaintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician
