POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) / Client’s office (downtown) 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Must have Skillset:
Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate, 3-5 years relevant experience, Experience performing work on all aspects of application and systems support.
Depth knowledge and experience in Service Now (Knowing how to open/update and close incidents, change records and Problem records, know how to extract and filter information and make dashboards and reports).
Deep knowledge and experience updating application certificates (Manual or using EDP)
Writing and communication skills creating technology documents or presentations, have technology passion and is a good team player and is willing to work after office hrs. if required
Good to have:
Banking Experience
knowledge using Dynatrace and Splunk
Have a previous support role
