Who are we looking for? Are you experienced in IT service management and operational processes? Join Slovnaft as an IT Operational Process Expert and support reliable, efficient and continuously improving IT services. We are looking for a proactive person with strong experience in Change Management and Incident Management, who is not only able to coordinate processes effectively, but also bring new ideas and improvement proposals. As Slovnaft is part of MOL Group, you will also cooperate with colleagues across the group. What will you do? Take ownership of Change Management activities in line with MOL Group processes and internal rules. Coordinate day-to-day change activities, including logging, validation and maintenance of change records in the ITSM tool. Monitor the lifecycle of changes and support their timely, quality-compliant closure. Support high-priority incidents and contribute to Problem Management activities. Provide operational support for Request Management workflows and identify process improvement opportunities. Monitor ticket aging, queue health and follow up on pending actions. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate risks when needed and support adherence to internal SLAs. What do we expect? University degree, preferably in IT, business, economics or a related field. Min. 3 years of relevant experience in IT service management, IT operations or process coordination. Strong practical experience with Change Management and Incident Management, including knowledge of ITIL principles, ITSM tools and related IT service management processes. ITIL Foundation certification (v4 or v5) is considered an advantage. Generic hardware and software knowledge, including business-related applications and corporate governance tools. Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and the ability to actively identify, propose and drive process improvements. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills. Upper-intermediate English; Hungarian language skills are an advantage. Proactive, responsible and quality-oriented approach in an international environment. What do we offer?
