IT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR – JOIN A GROWING TECH TEAM DRIVING INNOVATION

Location: Kingman, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM (On-Site)
Pay Range: $38 – $48/hr
Contract: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the industry, is seeking a skilled IT Operations Administrator to join our Infrastructure Team. In this role, you’ll provide critical IT support, manage cloud-based systems, and ensure smooth technology operations that empower teams across multiple divisions. Your expertise will directly impact business continuity and innovation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, especially in the first 90 days.
  • Flexibility to support occasional after-hours needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-040T00-A, AZ-305, Terraform Foundations.
  • Experience with Cloud Migration and Microsoft ADO.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and an Agile mindset.
