JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience supporting Windows and UNIX based applications.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working with vendors.
  • Work effectively as a team, supporting other members of the team in resolving critical service issues.
  • Multi-Skilled and willingness to get cross-trained across applications and be able to Support them.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as Splunk, DataDog or Dynatrace to investigate issues.
  • Relevant certification, such as ITIL Foundation would be highly desirable.
  • Comfortable to work in shift and occasionally on weekends/Public Holidays as part of the 24/7 Follow-the Sun support model. The working hours are 8am – 5pm or 11am – 8pm.
  • The role will also require candidate to work from office a few days a week on hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with diverse skills and some background in this space to carry out a broad range of operational service and support assignments. You’ll join others in environment management, maintenance, monitoring, performance, and incident management, as well as production support activities. There’s meaningful work at every turn! As part of this role, you will be an L2 Operations Analyst supporting a wide array of applications.
