WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations with a focus on infrastructure (servers, networks, monitoring, cloud, and service desk)
  • Solid understanding of IT applications and their dependency on IT infrastructure
  • Experience working in agile teams with sprint planning and scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and IT administrative skills, with a structured approach to process improvement
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is a merit
  • ITIL knowledge or certification is a merit

Responsibilities

STEP INTO THE ROLE

As an IT Operations Analyst, you will take responsibility of analyzing and following up on the performance of our internal IT operations. This role requires a deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure, along with a strong analytical and administrative mindset. You will work closely with our service and delivery organization to ensure high availability, quality, and cost-efficiency. You have a natural drive for continuous improvements, efficient operations, and seamless collaboration between IT Operations and IT Applications. This role demands both hands-on operational skills and a strategic view of our technical environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze IT operations performance through reports and KPIs, and follow up on SLAs
  • Drive continuous improvements across IT operations, processes, and service quality
  • Participate in agile activities such as sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Ensure efficient license management and optimize usage and cost
  • Maintain clear documentation of IT processes, including change management
  • Collaborate with IT Applications to align infrastructure and application performance
  • Support incident and problem management through deep analysis and coordination
  • Visualize data and status via dashboards and reports.
