Your tasks

IT Operations

• You will provide 1st-level support and handle service requests and incidents.
• You will administer our Microsoft 365 environment (Azure AD, Entra ID, Intune, IAM) and ensure its smooth operation.
• You actively contribute to making our digital workplaces more modern and smarter.
• Through communication with service providers and specialist departments, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Technical Application & System Management

• You will provide technical support for the operation of our business applications and system landscapes – both on-premises and in the cloud.
• You test new tools and apps and help to integrate them smoothly.
• You will develop step by step into a system and application professional.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in IT support and IT operations environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM)
• In-depth expertise in client hardware and modern workplace management
• Fundamentals of common IT service processes, ideally according to the ITIL standard
• Confident handling of classic ticketing systems
• Strong service orientation, willingness to learn, team spirit, and a reliable and structured work ethic.
