Job Description 1. Routine IT Support: Provide technical support for employees' computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment. Handle issues related to system login, email, VPN, and network connectivity. 2. Equipment and Asset Management: Responsible for the registration, issuance, retrieval, and maintenance of IT assets such as computers, monitors, and mobile devices. 3. Network and System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the company's LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and other network equipment. Monitor network stability and handle network anomalies. Assist in managing infrastructure such as servers, NAS, and backup systems. 4. Access Control and Account Management: Create, modify, and disable employee accounts (email, system permissions, application permissions). Ensure that permission allocation complies with security standards. 5. Information Security and Compliance: Implement the company's IT security policies, including patch updates, antivirus protection, and access control. Monitor potential security risks and report them promptly. Assist in conducting security training or awareness campaigns. Job Requirements 1. Skills and Experience: 1-3 years of IT technical support or maintenance experience. Familiar with Windows systems, Office suite, and common office software. Basic network knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches. Basic computer hardware knowledge, capable of simple repairs or replacements. Experience using ticketing systems and asset management systems is preferred. Understanding of basic information security concepts (permissions, backups, antivirus, etc.). 2. Excellent communication skills and service awareness. Patient, meticulous, and able to independently analyze and solve problems. Responsible and able to remain stable under pressure. Strong learning ability and willing to continuously improve technical skills. Team player. 3. Priority will be given to candidates with majors in computer science, information technology, network engineering, or related fields.
