The main objective of this role is to support the technical changes and projects by coordinating with service provider’s, IT team, and resolving small operational tasks while also performing general IT-related office duties and administrative work. The collaboration mode involves working closely with the rest of the team to ensure the successful implementation of new projects and managing multiple projects efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
