Ergo are seeking an IT Operations Director for a permanent hybrid role in South Dublin . The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of technical and sales teams and should have a strong technical background in M365 , IT Security standards and network solutions. As part of the Management group you will input into company strategy and service offerings.
This is a new role which has been created due to exceptional recent growth.

YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

• Managing technical teams of Engineers
• Systems Administration of M365 solutions
• Cyber Security standards including ISO27001
• Networking / Firewalls
• Disaster recovery
• Experience in an MSP environment a real advantage
