Your skills? More than interesting: 

• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of computer science, IT systems engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience in the operation or support of server or storage infrastructures, as well as in the diagnosis of hardware, firmware and system malfunctions. 
• Experience with ticketing, monitoring, or system management solutions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of enterprise server, storage, or data center environments, ideally with HPE, Dell, Lenovo, or NetApp. Knowledge of ITIL-oriented operational processes, SAN, NAS, backup, and virtualization is desirable. Experience with automation, APIs, scripting, and vendor certifications is also advantageous.
• Excellent German skills and advanced English skills in a business context and/or Mandarin. Willingness to work on-site at the client's location in Dresden and in shifts, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
