Description
Seeking an experienced Informatica developer to join our Treasury applications team. The candidate should have a strong background in ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process, data transformation, data integration and warehousing. This positions main job requirement is to provide production support. The position will monitor all the tickets and queues assigned to the application group. Key Responsibilities: Production Support activities include handling job failures, debugging data issues, root cause analysis of failures and working with business and interface IT partners to fix, restart or reprocess. Support also includes performing test runs for interface partners, generate relevant test results & reports and responding to outages. Continuous process improvements are carried out to enhance error handling, change rules & mappings, increase automation, and reduce incident count. Attending major incident management calls Participate/Support (application or infrastructure) as necessary Participate/Perform DR activities Perform minor enhancement work (design and develop) Good expertise on the service-now produce usage Ability to alert and respond to the issues. Track and follow through the issues until complete Work/coordinate with interfacing application teams for issue resolution Build knowledge base Able to work in shifts (US EST and LATAM)
