What you will do with us

• Stable and secure operation of our self-developed software solutions on servers and in the cloud.
• Responsibility for availability, IT security, maintenance and updates of the operating environments
• Expansion of monitoring and deployment including automation
• Traceable documentation of the operating environments
• Implementation of operating environment requirements with suitable tools and interfaces
• Technical support (2nd/3rd level) for the operation of our software
• Identification of potential improvements in operational processes and their independent implementation
• Advising and supporting other teams, for example in the further development of our products

What you should ideally bring

• Qualification: Completed IT studies or training in the field of system administration with several years of professional experience and a focus on DevOps or Operations or comparable qualification.
• Experience: Independent administration of various server software under Linux and Windows, as well as routine in scripting/automation.
• Tools: Experience with common server technologies, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, NGINX, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Apache, Tomcat, Wildfly, CHEF (don't know every tool? No problem! What's more important to us is that you can quickly learn them)
• AI tools: The targeted integration of AI into everyday work is a matter of course for you.
• Skills: Technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills
• Work style: Independent, structured work style
• Motivation: Willingness to take on responsibility and to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Languages: Very good German and good English skills
