Your position in our crew

  • Monitoring the IT operating environment using monitoring and event management processes is one of your core tasks.
  • You analyze reports, malfunctions and operational anomalies and translate them into appropriate measures.
  • You can automate recurring tasks through scripting and technical standardization.
  • You maintain CMDB and asset data with a focus on timeliness, consistency, and quality.
  • Furthermore, you coordinate changes in the operational environment and reliably support their implementation.
  • For ongoing IT operations, you create meaningful reports and prepare key performance indicators in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
  • Maintaining and further developing the company documentation is also part of your responsibilities.

This is what you'll have in your luggage

  • They have completed IT training or have a comparable technical qualification.
  • You have experience in IT operations, ideally in monitoring or operations-related roles (e.g., Checkmk).
  • Knowledge of event management, automation, and scripting is required for this role.
  • You are also experienced in handling CMDB and asset data.
  • A good understanding of change coordination and operational documentation is important for this position.
  • Her work style is structured, independent, and service-oriented.
  • Analytical thinking and a good sense for stable business processes round off your profile.
