Your tasks

• Ensuring the  smooth operation  of the local IT infrastructure (2nd level) for our headquarters in Paderborn, Schloss Neuhaus 
• Support for projects and personal development in the areas of  Computing Platforms ,  Factory IT ,  Network ,  Workplace  and  Cyber ​​Security.
• Coordination  of IT requirements,  information  about IT developments and  establishment  of IT standards
• Active participation in or execution of  incident, change  and  standardization processes  for the office and especially the production environment.
• Collaboration and coordination  with internal and external IT experts and service providers 

Your profile

• Completed IT training or studies
• Several years of professional experience in IT operations, ideally in an industrial environment 
• Knowledge in the field of network technology
• Strong communication skills with high quality standards, a high degree of personal responsibility, and an interest in continuous development.
• Very good German and English skills
