Title: IT Operations Lead Location: Onsite/Hybrid in your region What You Will Do: As an IT Ops Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing IT operations, security, and infrastructure management. You will be responsible for implementing ITIL practices and incident management processes to ensure operational excellence and security compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee IT operations management to enhance system reliability and performance. Implement and maintain IT security management protocols to safeguard organizational assets. Manage IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of all systems. Utilize ITIL framework to develop and enforce policies and procedures for incident management. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements. Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy new technologies that align with business goals. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other IT staff. Document all processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across the team. What We Look For: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering, IT operations, or a related role. Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and incident management processes. Experience in managing IT security measures and infrastructure management. Proficient in network security principles and protocols. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent. Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, etc.). Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
