Role Summary As IT Operations Manager, you'll be the maestro of our technology services ecosystem, coordinating teams and optimizing processes across critical domains including IT Service Continuity, Identity & Access Management, and Service Level Management. Your Responsibilities Ensure transparent and coordinated execution of IT Operations activities in line with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). In collaboration with IT Economics Managers actively contributing to effective management of IT services value. Coordinating and overseeing the allocation and execution of tasks among IT Operations Analysts to ensure optimal performance. Providing weekly status reports on tasks progress to the Head of IT Strategy and Governance. Maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) relevant to the IT Operations function and driving their efficiency through the simplification and automation. Maintaining IT Operations dashboard (SLA’s monitoring, user experience metrics, trends, etc.). Your Profile With 5+ years of experience in IT operations or team management, you bring strong knowledge of ITIL principles with practical application skills. Your expertise spans IT operations, service management, process improvement, and project management in areas like IAM, IT security, or service tooling. You excel at stakeholder management with exceptional communication and analytical thinking. A Bachelor's or Master's in IT, engineering, or mathematics forms your educational foundation, ideally complemented by ITIL certification (additional certifications like CGEIT, CISSP, PMP, or Prince2 are welcome). You communicate fluently in English, with Dutch and/or French being a significant advantage. Your collaborative leadership style builds trust while maintaining focus on performance excellence.
