The Emirates Investment Authority (EIA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and oversee our IT infrastructure, security, and service delivery. This role ensures that IT operations are aligned with business objectives while maintaining a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in IT governance, vendor management, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Oversee daily IT operations, including network maintenance, IT support, and infrastructure management.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with EIA’s long-term technology goals.
• Ensure cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance with UAE and international regulations.
• Manage IT service delivery, vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support enterprise applications, ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, and collaboration tools.
• Implement IT risk management and business continuity strategies, including disaster recovery plans.
• Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Optimize IT processes to enhance business agility, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL, CISSP, CCNA are preferred.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills for Azure-based services, enterprise applications, and IT systems.
• Experience implementing business continuity and disaster recovery solutions on Azure.
• Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize cloud-based IT operations.
