Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health & Analytics. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. As an IT Operations Manager, you will lead a team of System Engineers, Architects, Administrators and Site Reliability Engineers in managing production systems in a large, diverse environment. In addition to tracking KPIs, service tickets, change implementation, and leading incident response calls, you will mentor and guide junior members of the team. We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator, thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment, and is adept at driving large-scale initiatives centered around process improvement.
