• They install, configure and administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO structures as well as users, groups, OUs and operate AD-related services including replication (DFS, SYSVOL)
• They plan and manage system updates, patch, release and change management, as well as virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix) and implement hybrid scenarios (AD Connect / Azure AD).
• They operate and optimize IT infrastructures including server, storage (SAN, NAS), BladeCenter environments and network connections, as well as endpoint protection (ESET) and PKI-based authentication.
• They analyze malfunctions and perform troubleshooting (e.g., Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP), implement security policies (GPOs, password policies), and work closely with security and infrastructure teams.
• They are responsible for backup and recovery processes (including disaster recovery and restore scenarios), automate processes using PowerShell, create documentation, and support audits and compliance requirements.

Profile

• They have completed IT training or a degree and have sound experience in IT operations.
• They possess in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and AD-related services (DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• They bring experience in virtualization technologies and ideally in the hybrid cloud environment (Azure AD Connect).
• They have expertise in IT security, backup/disaster recovery, and ideally in automation (PowerShell).
• They work in a structured, analytical and team-oriented manner and bring experience in complex infrastructure environments.
