Are you passionate about IT and IT processes and want to make complex systems more efficient? In this position, you will actively shape our IT landscape,

ensure smooth operations, and support our teams with your expertise.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support and assistance for our users at the 1st and 2nd level
• Participation in IT projects and independent implementation of sub-projects
• Analysis, optimization and further development of existing IT systems and processes
• Administration and further development of our IT infrastructure (servers, clients, Microsoft 365, Intune)
• User and rights management (e.g., Active Directory)
• Management of end devices and mobile workstations
• Analysis and resolution of malfunctions as well as sustainable problem solutions
• Monitoring and ensuring stable IT operations
• Documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes

qualification

For this, you will need the following profile:

• Experience in IT support and/or system administration
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common Windows environments
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID is an advantage.
• Ideally, experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Safe handling of ticketing systems
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problems
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented work ethic
• High level of initiative and motivation to learn about new topics
• Prior knowledge of Power BI and an interest in data-driven analysis are advantageous.
