  • Holistic service responsibility: You assume responsibility for the lifecycle of Teamcenter, NX and CAM-related IT services.
  • Service management: You define and monitor SLAs and OLAs in close cooperation with the teams involved.
  • Incident & Problem Management: They ensure effective support, conduct root cause analyses and initiate preventive measures.
  • Release management: You control the release cycles in coordination with development and the specialist departments.
  • Optimization & Budget: They monitor system capacities, plan expansions and contribute to cost-efficient budget planning.
