This is an onsite, full-time role (5 days a week), ensuring hands-on IT operations support at our corporate office.
As an IT Operations Specialist II (P3), you will be a key onsite resource responsible for managing IT operations, corporate event support, advanced audiovisual (AV) solutions, and white-glove service for C-suite executives. This role is fully onsite, 5 days a week, ensuring smooth IT operations and providing hands-on support for our corporate office. You will oversee conference room technology, IT asset management, and high-profile event execution to ensure a seamless technology experience for employees and executives.
This role reports to the IT Operations Manager and works closely with IT Service Desk, IT Operations Support team, Places and Office team, People Operations team, and business leadership.
