Our IT Operations Team is core to the growth of our organisation. This team works on a wide range of challenges, including providing support to over 250 employees in a professional manner - teams are distributed across North America, EMEA and APAC. As an IT Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping onboard and support our growing international teams and systems. You’ll work closely with a number of teams, including, but not limited to HR, Engineering and Sales. As we scale you will play a key role in building new processes and continuously finding new ways to improve our infrastructure, security and systems. What you’ll do Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues Troubleshooting on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune and others Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees including accounts, hardware logistics and training Plan, maintain and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees within APAC region Ability to define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively About you: Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services for a growing organisation Strong experience with Mac OS and Windows Proficient with modern cloud applications, interface Ability to operate with a “security first” mindset Experience of working with a modern ticketing system Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment #LI-Remote Instabase is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
