YOUR TASKS:

• Installation and support of PC/notebook systems (Windows), embedded systems/industrial PCs in a production environment, office phones (Cisco), mobile devices (iOS/Android), as well as printers and scanners, also via software distribution or mobile device management (Intune)

• Support of the network and server systems (Cisco, Fortinet, Windows Server)

• Monitoring of IT-supported processes (SolarWinds)

• Continuous process improvement of IT-supported processes

• Working with a ticketing system to ensure internal control processes (ServiceNow)

• Helpdesk in 1st and 2nd level support

• Implementation or support of release, patch and lifecycle management

• Consulting/support for specialist departments to ensure optimal system availability

• Collaboration and support in IT projects

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training in the field of information technology or comparable experience

• Experience in PC hardware integration

• Confident handling of server system administration (AD / SQL / Parallels)

• Analytical and structured working method

• Teamwork skills and commitment

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
