IT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Looking for a new colleague, we are hoping to find someone with a relevant IT education on minimum bachelor’s level such as an AP in Computer Science, Information technology or similar.
• On top of this, we hope to find someone with five or more years of experience in the IT industry, preferably within IT operations and preferably a few years of experience with hyperconverged infrastructures and MSSQL.
• Technically we are looking for a strong foundation in virtualization technologies, network, storage, certificate management, backup and general IT practices.

The tech stack we can present for you, and prefer that you have experience with, include:

• Linux/Windows servers

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents and alerts including updates and patching
• Take part in daily operational tasks such as monitoring and incident handling
• Ensure high platform availability in close collaboration with other IT teams
• Ensure that the platform and procedures are in compliance with internal IT security policies and industry standards such as ISO certifications
• Assist in projects and advise on relevant technical matters
