Join us.   Position Title: IT Operations Specialist   Location: Irvine, CA Work Arrangement: 100% On-site   Position Description: The IT Operations Specialist will provide front-line technical support to end-users, assist with daily IT operations, and help maintain DZYNE’s IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of IT or helpdesk experience who is eager to grow in systems administration and operations support. The candidate will work closely with senior IT staff to resolve technical issues, perform workstation and account setups, and contribute to maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.   Required Skills: * Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service * A strong interest in exploring and mastering new technologies * Strong familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting practices * Strong familiarity with basic helpdesk tasks, e.g., new user setup, workstation setup, password resets, and ticket triage * Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11 and Ubuntu Linux * Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft Office suite   Preferred Skills/Qualifications: * At least 3 years’ experience working with multiple operating systems including Windows 11, Ubuntu Linux, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) in an enterprise environment * At least 3 years’ experience administrating a Microsoft 365 GCC High environment, including end-user lifecycle management (provisioning accounts, deprovisioning accounts, management of security groups) via Intune, and security incident response via Defender * Familiarity with Atlassian Jira/Confluence administration, including Jira Service Desk   Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT certifications preferred but not required, e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+   Travel: None   Working Conditions: The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities. * Standard office environment with level 1 support provided both on site and remotely * May require extended periods of sitting while working on a computer * Ability to lift and move IT equipment such as monitors, desktops, and laptops (up to 50 lbs.) * Work hours are standard business hours, with occasional after-hours support for system updates or critical issues   Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: * Prolonged periods of computer use * Ability to safely lift and carry computer equipment and peripherals * Regular walking, bending, and standing when installing or troubleshooting equipment * Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work. Clearance Level Required: Secret - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.    Salary: $32.69 - $37.50 hourly Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
