Join our IT Operations Team As a key part of our IT Operations team, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our high-performance, low-latency infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring the resilience and security of systems located at global exchanges, running on enterprise bare-metal hardware, FPGA-accelerated components, and low-latency network architectures. You'll work directly on infrastructure where nanosecond-level latency decisions have real financial consequences. Who you are: You are curious and proactive, and spot issues before they escalate. Experienced Professional: You bring substantial experience (typically 5+ years) delivering precision and stability within complex, mission-critical infrastructure environments. What you’ll do: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL): Support, tune, and optimize RHEL systems running on bare-metal hardware and hypervisors for low-latency, high-performance execution. Network Operations & HA: Maintain highly available routing and multicast environments using BGP, OSPF, PIM, and IGMP, with hands-on experience across colocation and on-prem switching and connectivity. Security & Resilience: Design and implement security controls and disaster recovery procedures for mission-critical financial infrastructure, with direct input into risk and architecture decisions. Planning & Coordination: Lead maintenance windows and operational upgrades, coordinating across internal teams and external exchanges and colocation providers under time-sensitive conditions.
