IT PERFORMANCE

• Primary function is to provide on floor support to all critical production systems.
• Maintenance for all PM43 | PM4i and on floor label printers.
• Support critical production systems (Delford, Boxweigh, Boxload, RF Scanning, EasyLabel etc.)
• Work with the IT team to roll out and support new technologies and applications to users.
• Assist in daily duties including system back-ups, software/hardware support for PCs, laptops, printers etc.
• Interact with other team members to establish solutions and resolve problems using innovative solutions.
• Other projects as requested by the IT Operations Manager.
• Scheduled out of hours on-call emergency support.
