Location: On-site Experience: Mid-level (3–5 years) Industry: Software / IT Services About the Role We’re looking for an IT Operations & Systems Administrator to manage and optimize Codup’s internal IT ecosystem. This role focuses on SaaS tools administration, asset management, office network stability, and smart automation using AI. This is not a pure helpdesk role and not a hardcore DevOps position. We want someone who can own systems, prevent recurring issues, and improve how work gets done internally. What You’ll Do System & SaaS Administration Manage internal tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, Bitbucket, and related platforms Handle user onboarding, access updates, and offboarding Maintain clean and secure access control across systems Support evaluation and rollout of new tools across the organization Asset & IT Operations Management Manage company laptops and IT accessories Maintain accurate asset inventory Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate repairs when needed Proactively reduce recurring hardware issues through standardization and better processes Network & Office IT Ensure stable office internet connectivity Manage routers and internal network setup Troubleshoot and optimize network performance AI & Automation Use AI tools to automate routine IT tasks Improve documentation, monitoring, and daily workflows using AI Propose practical automation ideas that save time and reduce manual work DevOps & Security (Support Level) Basic understanding of environments and CI/CD concepts Follow security best practices such as MFA and access control Support engineering teams when required What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or similar roles Strong experience managing SaaS tools and internal systems Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, Slack, and Git tools (Bitbucket preferred) Advance networking knowledge On-site availability and comfort with physical IT assets Problem-solving mindset with focus on prevention and optimization Comfortable using AI tools in daily work Why Join Codup Real ownership, not ticket-only work Direct collaboration with leadership Opportunity to improve and scale IT operations Fast-moving, engineering-driven environment
