Job Description Technical Scope & Delivery Contribute to the definition of technical solutions, ensuring production and security requirements (resilience, monitoring, scalability). Promote solutions based on existing products and services to optimize delivery time. Assemble and advise on production and infrastructure services aligned with application needs. Anticipate architecture, security, compliance, delivery, and scalability risks. Production & Infrastructure Integration Integrate infrastructure and production requirements into the Product Backlog. Define and implement technical user stories (industrialization, obsolescence, automation). Support development teams to secure and accelerate project delivery. Best Practices & Team Enablement Promote and spread application production best practices within the project team. Train and support teams in using Agile & DevOps tools and processes. Production Readiness & Environments Facilitate solution deployments across Production and non‑Production environments. Ensure usability and reliability (backup/restore, data access, performance). Conduct or validate security reviews and access traceability. Identify operational blockers and propose action plans. Run & Operational Stability Define service levels and production KPIs. Implement monitoring and supervision in production. Ensure up‑to‑date installation and operational documentation. Validate and test backup and continuity plans (ICP). Provide support during release incidents or blockages. Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives with Application Production Support. Propose enhancements to production services. Identify and share best practices across the organization. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience Background in IT Infrastructure & Production Operations Knowledge of IT Risk and Cybersecurity Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to delegate and lead collaboratively Analytical, structured, and critical thinking Strong communication and summarization skills Proactive, committed, and pedagogical mindset Desirable / Nice to Have 3+ years of experience Strong customer‑centric mindset High standards for quality and delivery Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts Strong listening, questioning, and learning skills Good planning and prioritization abilities Adaptability to change and evolving environments
