Job Description
The IT Outsourcing Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the lifecycle of outsourced IT services, ensuring they are delivered effectively, securely, and in alignment with regulatory expectations. This role is not only about compliance—it is about building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with service providers to ensure long-term service quality, resilience, and mutual value.
You will support the IT Outsourcing Controlling & Oversight function by managing governance processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that both internal and external service providers meet performance, risk, and compliance standards.
