Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing projects with Corporate Central Functions and IT, from requirements definition and RfP execution to supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Manage DBG’s strategic partners for Software, Hardware, and Professional Services.
  • Support CIO/COO stakeholders in aligning sourcing needs with group-wide procurement processes and strategic goals.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance with financial market regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Ensure all sourcing agreements meet regulatory requirements (e.g., risk assessments, outsourcing documentation, EBA and DORA annexes) and maintain centralized documentation.
  • Identify and implement sourcing improvements, including automation, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
  • Lead sourcing project planning and execution, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and present sourcing project updates and strategic recommendations in executive-ready slide decks.
