EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Technology – or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in financial management within a commercial or IT environment.
• Experience in multi-sourced environments and supplier management is highly desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The IT Planning & Performance Specialist role is to support the wider IT Performance function with financial risk oversight and reporting to ensure that key risks and opportunities are understood, and benefits are maximised. You will support the IT Planning and Performance Manager to establish, manage, and maintain the key financial planning function to ensure IT OPEX is managed.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL HAVE:

• Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Experience in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and suppliers to influence financial and operational outcomes.
• Ability to manage complexity, communicate clearly, and solve problems using data and sound judgment.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering results.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
