Project: For this opportunity, we are looking for a IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to assist one of our clients in the banking industry – a leading global investment bank. Our client is embarking on an enterprise-wide transformation: migrating their core HCM system from various HR applications including PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud. This specific position is crucial for the next phase of their global rollout: transitioning from their current APAC HR systems onto the new, unified global Oracle HCM Cloud platform. You will be the vital link between their HR stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners, ensuring they deliver a future-ready HCM platform on time, within budget, and with exceptional adoption. Responsibilities Business Analyst Perform business analysis (for PeopleSoft / Oracle HCM Cloud / In-house HR applications / External SAAS solutions) while working with clients to collect business requirements, understand the needs and constructively challenge priorities, assess the best fit into the planning and efficient phasing of the development of the functionalities Act as a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts and development team within the organizations. Determine operational objectives by studying business requirements; gathering information; doing cost/benefit analysis. Prepare detailed functional specification for developers explaining the existing issue and defining output requirements/formats. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports and recommending actions. Present the status update during monthly calls with all the stakeholders. Plan, document, and execute initial testing. Formulate UAT strategies and estimate testing tasks. Create UAT Test Plans and Test Cases. Work closely with user during UAT and provide necessary support by creating different scenarios in the system for testing. Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; Provide training to end users. Conduct in-depth discovery session with HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document current-state processes and pain-points. Project Management Plan, manage, monitor, and control HR projects with the right tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project management. Coordinate successful completion of project deliverables, identify risks and problems, build mitigation plans and solutions, and support the implementation of changes and solutions for corporate change initiatives impacting different functions and processes. Develop and manage the project plan to keep the team informed regarding potential challenges with critical path deliverables. Coordinate and facilitate weekly/fortnightly Project meetings and Monthly Project steering committees Drive change management deliverables and risk logs, status reports, design documentation, requirement documentation, test plans, and test scripts. Track and manage issues, risks, and key decisions. Analyze local needs, define the roadmap and deliverables Navigate the project through Architecture committees in the Bank. Co-ordinate for SLA creation for services offered by HRIT team. Submit evidences for Quality Controls execution in the bank to assess teams processes HR tools management (PeopleSoft HCM OR Oracle HCM Cloud) Thorough understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS Core HR functions Experience in end-to-end implementation or roll-outs of PeopleSoft HRMS Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Deep understanding of configurations as well as integration with other applications Ownership and management of day to day operations of the application Basic knowledge of PeopleTools and related technology to drive and assist in design and development of new features Business Analyst Project Management Excellent Communication Facilitate Meetings Collaboration English – written and verbal Oracle HCM Cloud certification (nice to have) Strong data migration and reporting/analytics knowledge Regular team buildings 18 leave days / year Insurance Annual Performance bonus Working hours: from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Training and certifications paths
