JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Pharmaceutical Project Manager to join their team. This project will be going from current Argus case management processes to Oracle within their organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, a solid understanding of GxP compliance, and expertise in managing complex software projects within the pharmaceutical industry. While direct experience with Argus or Oracle systems is not required, we are looking for someone with the ability to manage reconfigurations, facilitate stakeholder communication, and conduct necessary user research to ensure a successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of the software implementation project, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate and manage communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely updates.
  • Reconfiguration and Requirements Understanding: Analyze and understand the specific reconfiguration needs of the software solution for the pharmaceutical industry and manage requirements gathering processes effectively.
  • User Research: Conduct user research to identify pain points, gather feedback, and ensure that the implemented solution aligns with user needs and business objectives.
  • GxP Compliance: Ensure that all project activities and software implementations are in full compliance with GxP regulations and other industry standards.
  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality are maintained.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, milestones, and deliverables. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience.
  • Proven Project Management Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Large Software Implementation Experience.
  • Working Closely with Stakeholders.
