Scope:
The IT PMO Delivery Lead III role is a very high-performing leader, team player and consultant, able to play different roles as needed to drive enterprise strategy and change management from best practice recommendations and expertise across multiple areas. This role proactively drives strategic road map planning and execution of prioritized efforts through the SDLC process that optimizes technology use and achieves long-term business objectives. This role leads strategic IT initiatives and/or new business implementations and contract changes, driving the successful execution of complex projects that enable organizational growth and innovation.
Job Summary:
The IT PMO Delivery Lead III role oversees large-scale, high-impact enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. This role includes managing cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement in project delivery, making recommendations on project issues and decisions (RCA and CBA), proactive risk management, resource management, exceptional organization and communication skills and may require a deep understanding of data mapping and healthcare regulations. This individual will work on new and exciting business-driven transformation projects in a supportive environment that encourages every team member to share their ideas, thoughts and cultivate their creative abilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with highly visible, large, complex initiatives along with having robust experience in business and technical project management. The candidate should have a vast knowledge of hybrid methodology concepts, process reengineering, business transformation, and cultivating strong influential relationships. We are seeking a strategic thinker and proactive player, who can be self-directed, but also inspire others to do the right thing and be their best selves. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, including managing enterprise-level projects.
  • Proven track record of leading successful IT application projects, with an emphasis on complex program management, digital transformation and IT modernization initiatives and/or a combination of IT and client-facing implementation programs.
  • Vast, comprehensive understanding of all project management methodologies, including software development life cycle (SDLC) and hybrid (blending traditional and agile methodologies).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, including executive presentations.
  • Well-rounded experience with various project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, including managing enterprise-level projects.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications such as CSPO, PgMP, or SAFe.
  • Demonstrated success in digital transformation and IT modernization projects as well as client facing implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing delivery cycles while reducing defects to create high-performing dedicated IT teams, performing multiple roles as needed.
  • Advanced experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Advanced experience with government dental/vision healthcare projects and direct client interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of Direct to State, Managed Care, Medicare and Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial Health Plans.

FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt
National Salary Range: $81,650 - $159,730
Bonus Eligible: Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
