Job Description Managing permanent costs (CPREM) Control planning Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ) Assist project managers in the preparation of Investment Committees and in particular the consumption monitoring, alert in the event of an anomaly Manage the Department's Capacity Plan by checking in particular the load plans entered in the Clarity tool and correcting any inconsistencies with the project managers if necessary Budgetary monitoring of the progress of consumption of expenses Track and control fixed priced services as well as hardware and software costs Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ) Production of reporting on budget consumption, delivery, and reporting on projects (status report, progress point) Check the correct updating of project elements in Clarity (timesheets) to guarantee the quality of the project monitoring indicators produced Monitor the department's budget on all of its costs and provide monitoring of its progress for the various monitoring stakeholders Lead the financial processes associated with the Group Major Program Committee, prepare and carry out the various works relating to the establishment of business cases Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience (desirable 10 years) Risk identification and follow-up Ability to support departments or programs on budgetary and project monitoring aspects Strive continuously for customer satisfaction Aim to deliver very high-quality results Respect the procedures, methodologies, and directives Mastery of the Clarity, Scoops and Power BI Agile (Scrum) Language Skills: French - Expert English – Practice Soft Skills: Autonomy Rigor / Structured Ability to synthesize / simplify Proactivity / Sense of initiative Coordination and motivation skills Systematic, critical, and logical thinking Summarization capabilities Good capability of managing stress and conflicts Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload Be able to adapt to changes and evolution Additional Information Ability to travel outside of Portugal Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances
