ABOUT THE ROLE

Faze 3 Consulting is seeking an experienced IT PMO Lead for an exciting assignment with one of our prominent clients in Abu Dhabi. This is a strategic role where you will establish and lead the IT Project Management Office, driving best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery assurance across a diverse portfolio of IT initiatives.
You’ll play a central role in shaping project delivery and digital transformation across areas such as infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and next-gen applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and embed PMO frameworks, standards, templates, and governance processes.
• Provide oversight and assurance across the full lifecycle of IT projects and programs.
• Track delivery performance, project risks, and portfolio KPIs through real-time dashboards.
• Engage with stakeholders to align projects with business goals and digital priorities.
• Define success metrics including business value realization and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
