REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a large organization with a structured PMO.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO governance, process lifecycles, and portfolio reporting standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed, and decentralized environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Planview, Jira and Smartsheets.
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Exposure to project portfolio management or IT governance functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in data quality management, information architecture and governance design and implementation.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document business processes across departments, particularly within complex or decentralized PMO environments.
  • Understand and navigate large PMO nomenclatures, frameworks, and process lifecycles to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Support Planview and others system or process changes by collaborating with platform/process owners and communicating changes effectively to impacted portfolio teams and departments.
  • Support and enforce governance standards, aligning with enterprise PMO methodologies and portfolio processes.
  • Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards using Excel and visualization tools to drive decision-making.
  • Use Planview (or similar tools) to extract, analyze, and present project and portfolio performance metrics.
  • Identify trends, risks, and key takeaways from data, and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Create polished PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and recommendations.
  • Continuously identify and drive opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reporting accuracy across the PMO ecosystem.
