In this role, you'll lead the creation and oversight of our D&IT portfolio, bringing together initiatives from across the business to drive smarter decision‑making and stronger delivery outcomes. You'll design portfolio strategies that reflect organisational goals and risk appetite, monitor performance, and ensure assets are optimally allocated. You'll deepen understanding of portfolio exposure using both quantitative and qualitative insights, while strengthening trust and transparency with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and synthesis/presentation skills Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver complex initiatives A proactive, self‑motivated and curious mindset A flexible, inclusive and customer‑centred approach Knowledge of IT processes and experience working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments Experience implementing or managing portfolios A technical background (Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science preferred) Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
